Add a new DIDs Tab to Edit Customer/Reseller page.
The Total DIDs, Total monthly charges should be shown along with the DID list.
Do not display the tab when no DIDs assigned to the Customer/Reseller.
For the large list (>25 numbers) show only totals and link to DID Inventory
