Use case #1: Multiple access numbers sharing the same settings

Roles: Administrator, User

Preconditions: User has a PIN with registered ANI 16041111111

Use scenario #1.1 Using a single IVR with settings for multiple access numbers

• Administrator sets up the "GL Prepaid" IVR with all settings (e.g. PIN length, ANI Auth, etc), ANI Auth is disabled

• Administrator assigns 20 DIDs to "GL Prepaid"

• User calls any DID out of 20 and is prompted for PIN
• IVR continues according to "GL Prepaid" settings

Use scenario #1.2 Changing IVR setting for multiple access numbers

• Continued after 1.1
• Administrator enables "Check Service Password" for the "GL Prepaid" IVR
• User calls any DID out of 20 and IVR prompts for PIN, then for additional password

Use scenario #1.3 Changing IVR setting for a subset of access numbers

• Continued after 1.2
• Administrator copies "GL Prepaid" to "GL Prepaid with ANI auth"
• Administrator enables ANI authentication for "GL Prepaid with ANI auth"
• Administrator moves last 10 DIDs from "GL Prepaid" to "GL Prepaid with ANI auth"
• User calls any DID out of first 10 and IVR prompts for PIN
• User calls any DID out of last 10 and IVR authenticates user by ANI
