User Story

Customers wants to start to use PortaSIP Cluster for service handling as more scalable and reliable solution. They also need to have support of messaging via SIP and SMPP protocol. Current messaging solution works only with non-clustered PortaSIPs which shall be replace by PortaSIP Cluster in closest feature. So Customers shall be provided with corresponding functionality in PortaSIP Cluster.
