Project goal

Introduces forwarding SIP proxy server which allows service providers to accept inbound SIP requests at a single address and subsequently dispatch those to different PortaSIP clusters from different billing environments. This is basically required in cases when dispatching to multiple SIP proxies it is not feasible or impossible on a vendor side.

The project dedicated to functionality requested by the client in TT#517653.  The clients needs to dispatch inbound SIP requests arrived at single point between PortaSIP clusters belonging to different Billing environments.
