| Why this project exists ? | Lithuanian Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) requires that in cases where a subscriber terminates a fixed-term electronic communications service contract before the end of the minimum commitment period, any early termination charges must reflect the provider’s actual losses and must not exceed the remaining monthly payments under the contract. This project exists to ensure that billing and contract termination processes comply with these regulatory requirements. |
