Customer wants to make sure client registration reach PortaSIP cluster and the issue is not connectivity.

Support has provided a workaround for Registration attempt that can only be searched by call-id on web gui " sip log " but in order to find Call -id we have to use elasticsearch REST interface and ssh to the servers.

Customer wants to see registration attempts on the web GUI so staff can search and look for the issue.
