Overview

At present PortaSIP media server uses Asterisk as SIP signaling server. This is third-party application as result it's hard to maintain, fix bugs and add new features.

AGI scripts uses a lot of resources and it's hard to add new applications. It was decided to use own SIP signaling server (b2bua+rtpproxy), switch to asynchronous

events model our IVR applications, use IVR blocks to add possibility of adding new applications without significant efforts.
