Allow to update AA menu transition event via API

Allow to update event value for Auto Attendant menu transition via PortaSIP Cluster or PortaUM API.

Additional Info

At the moment it is impossible to update event value for Auto Attendant menu transition using API, because (i_menu, event) pair is used as a unique key for menu transition while create/update action. So, it is impossible to update event value, because it breaks unique key and API creates new transition instead of updating existing one.
