Why this project exists ?RTT is critical for improving communication for individuals with hearing impairments, enabling faster and more efficient interactions during voice calls. It also aligns with the need for compliance with NG9-1-1 standards and other accessibility regulations.
Who are the users / whom we bring value ?The primary users are CSPs (Communication Service Providers) offering VoIP services, emergency service providers implementing NG9-1-1 systems, and end-users, especially those with hearing impairments or requiring real-time communication options.
